• Old Murk-Eye and Captain's Parrot Craftable Today

Well met,

The methods in which to acquire Captain’s Parrot and Old Murk-Eye were disabled with the 5.0 patch – before the official launch of Whispers of the Old Gods. After discussing this with the team, we agree that the cutoff time for acquiring Captain’s Parrot and Old Murk-Eye was not made entirely clear.

UPDATE: In response to recent feedback and levels of interest, we will be re-enabling the Quests to acquire Old Murk-Eye and Captain’s Parrot starting with the launch of Whispers of the Old Gods in your region. These Quests will be re-enabled until Monday, May 2nd at 08:59 CEST. We expect this to be a one-time only extension for these quests as part of our rollout of the standard and wild formats.

If you have met the requirements to acquire Old-Murk Eye and/or Captain’s Parrot and have not yet received it once Whispers of the Old Gods goes live in your region, please re-log into Hearthstone after the expansion goes live in your region to receive your reward.

Please note that since we’re re-enabling the quest, our Support team will no longer be assisting with this, and there is thus no need for you to submit additional Support requests regarding these cards. Thanks!

UPDATE:The ability to craft Old Murk-Eye and Captain’s Parrot will be re-enabled via hotfix today, May 4. Thank you for your patience.

Whispers of the Old Gods will release on the following days for each region:

Europe: April 27
Americas: April 26
Asia: April 27

Old Gods In My Collection

Though it's been active for about a week, we wanted to take the time to formally announce the addition of Whispers of the Old Gods to your collection manager. We have a lot of improvements in store for it, but wanted to make sure that those who continuously use it are able to keep track of their ever growing collection.
