EU Players Experiencing Missing Adventures and Cards

Players on the European server have been noticing missing cards and adventures in their collections and have prompted Blizzard for a solution. A representative has asked those having experiencing the problem to reset their passwords and see if that helps, but many players claim that this hasn't solved their issue.

If you're having this issue in the EU, you might try resetting your account password which will "refresh" it and then re-test the game.

If it does't help, we'd ask that you submit a support ticket for assistance.

This support article will lead you through the process of submitting a ticket, requesting a call back, or entering into a live web chat session.
Update 1/11 at 5:10 PM PST: Blizzard believes it has found a way to get around the bug while they work on fixing it.

Hey all,

We've received another update regarding a workaround that should allow you to continue playing while our Development team continues to work on the issue.

Check your Custom Decks for decks with a red X. Edit the affected deck, remove any card, and save the deck. Go back into the deck and add the card back, save again, and you should once again see your missing rewards.

Please give it a shot and let us know if this workaround resolves the issue for you!
Update 1/12 at 8:17 AM PST: Looks like the bug has been fixed, but unfortunately it requires action on the part of those affected.

Right now, I'm afraid the only course to getting it resolved on a case by case basis is to contact a support representative via a support ticket. Resetting the password isn't working unfortunately.

Just to be clear guys; the actual issue causing this originally has been resolved and there should be no new cases from here on. If your account is still affected though, you will need to contact our support team directly in order to get it fixed. It's not something you can do yourself.

Once you've had your account sorted by our support guys, then you will be able to fix any 'corrupted' decks using the workaround provided.
