The Grand Tournament (TGT) is the second Hearthstone expansion, and was released on August 24, 2015. This expansion is similar to the Goblins vs Gnomes expansion as it will have no new bosses, but contain over 130 new cards. These cards can be bought from new TGT packs for 100 gold or the same real-money prices as the other packs. The new set revolves around the Hero Power and many cards will use the new keyword, "Inspire."

As per usual, 50 Grand Tournament packs could be pre-purchased for a discount as well as a special card back.

Inspire Mechanic

The Grand Tournament comes with a new keyword similar to Battlecry and Deathrattle. Since the Grand Tournament is focusing on Hero Powers, an effect with the keyword Inspire will trigger whenever your Hero Power is used! For example, Nexus-Champion Saraad will give you a random spell whenever you use your hero power while he is active.

Joust Mechanic

Joust has been revealed as a new mechanic for The Grand Tournament where each player reveals one card from their remaining deck. In order for the Joust to be successful, the minion initiating the Joust must reveal a minion that is of a higher mana cost.

New Cards

The Grand Tournament includes over 130 new collectible cards.

Hero Power Cards

These cards change the way your hero power functions. In the case of Justicar Trueheart, your hero power will be upgraded to the class hero power in the following picture.

Neutral Cards

Druid Cards

Hunter Cards

Mage Cards

Paladin Cards

Priest Cards

Rogue Cards

Shaman Cards

Warlock Cards

Warrior Cards

New Game Board

A new game board will be released with the expansion, and I'm sure we'll have lots of fun playing with all the clickable objects.
