Card Notes (12)

Minions

  • Core Hound - Using a Houndmaster on this minion will give you a strong defense (with sufficient attack power as well).
  • Ironbeak Owl - Your only silence. Use only when you have to. Advantage: It's a beast.
  • Jungle Panther - Good turn 3 minion if your opponent doesn't have a significant board presence.
  • Savannah Highmane - Using a Houndmaster on this minion will force your opponent to attack it. Combine that with a Starving Buzzard on the board for easy card draw.
  • Scavenging Hyena x2 - Works well in combination with Unleash the Hounds and Stonetusk Boar.
  • Stonetusk Boar x2 - Good game starter. Forces many classes into using their Coin to clear it fast.

Spells

  • Animal Companion x2 - Though random, the minion is hardly ever disappointing.
  • Arcane Shot x2 - Cheap early-game removal to assist you in creating a strong board presence.
  • Deadly Shot - Your only late-game removal. Best to save this for a legendary or overpowered minion.
  • Explosive Trap - Emergency trap against low-cost decks.
  • Snipe - Can be replaced with Snake Trap.
  • Unleash the Hounds - Brilliant when dealing with a cheap minion deck and grants easy card draw in combination with the Starving Buzzard.
