The +1 is a buff and will go over a minion's healing cap.

She will not buff herself, even if she's the only one out.

She's not as useful as Blood imp (stealth is great for any turn-based passive ability). Сommonly you'd better summon her with minion who has taunt. If you're lucky, she'll boost it and will kill low hp creature.

Warlock (and any other megaluckyman) may summon blood imp (2nd priestess) to boost both.
Thrall may boost it (e.g. Sun cleric) in case he has Healing totem.
The last chance to prolong her living is your crazy friend.
In other cases she won't live long. I don't like other options. I don't consider reasonable to waste divine shield to save her. Mark of the wild is funny, but also nothing but a waste. Boost another card and let priestess boost it instead, etc.
Generally it's 1hp boost and 2 dmg for 1 mana.

The worst usage possible: leave her alone whilst playing against mage

Due to it's manacost it is pretty good card. Before you summon her, make sure you're not going to kill her immediately.

It is interesting to see a priest wearing tier 3 priest set yet still haven't learned PW: Shield Rank 2.

It's odd that the original art depicted a high elf or blood elf, while the card changed her into a night elf.
