That being said, I would save this card for a high health taunt card or something annoying like a
. I've always gotten the upper hand in matches by doing this, at least as a beginner.

or generally any annoying Taunter.

Total waste of a card. Get an owl or a spellbreaker instead. You get the same silence effect plus you get a minion on the field.
Please note that this card will remove
enchantments. This includes both buffs and debuffs.
For instance, silencing a minion after you've used
to minimize its attack will result in the minion regaining its original stats. This can be used both for and against you.
If only this card costed 1 mana and also drew a card or something... As it stands, this card has some niche strengths but simply doesn't do enough to merit inclusion in a lot of decks. It's a mistake to see that 0 in the corner and think "free," because this takes up a precious, precious card slot.
There are so many times when drawing this card will do nothing for you, and even a 1/1 minion would have been a better draw. It's bad in your opening hand 99% of the time because you need those cards to build a strong board, and this does nothing to help you with that and usually does nothing to stop your opponent from doing that. It's bad when you're praying to topdeck removal unless you're facing a very specific type of threat, because it leaves the enemy creature on the field with its power and toughness intact. Yes, it can be good to play, say, a Chilldwind Yeti and this on the same turn, but Spellbreaker would give you similar benefits without eating up two of your cards at once. And in terms of board states this makes better, Mass Dispel kicks its butt almost every time by not only silencing *all* the threats, but also replacing itself in your hand.
TL;DR: This has its uses, but is probably the worst option for a silence and also for priest removal.
